A Unified Model for Attachment
We move beyond simple categorization to explore how attachment patterns, core beliefs, and emotional regulation connect into a single, unified model. You will learn to look past surface-level symptoms to understand the internal architecture of the adult client.
The Physiology of Patterns
To bridge the gap between research and the somatic reality of the client's experience, we dive into the neuroscience and contemporary schema that underpin emotional dysregulation and explore how early blueprints dictate real-time physiological states.
Practical Therapy Interventions
These modules provide the practical skills to intervene at each layer of the attachment-derived core belief system, moving from theory into transformative change. These are not manualized scripts, but rather an integrated way to map out a client’s internal world.
About the Course
Attachment theory offers one of the most clinically powerful explanations for how early relational experiences shape the psychological architecture of adult life. Yet in practice, many LPCs assess attachment style without fully integrating it into case conceptualization, treatment planning, or the moment-to-moment work of emotional regulation within the therapeutic relationship.

Student Testimonials
Discover how this course is transforming the way therapists approach attachment theory and emotional regulation.
I’m usually wary of self-paced courses because they can feel like a chore, but this felt like sitting down for a coffee with a colleague who just gets it. It skipped the usual surface-level stuff and gave me a much clearer way to look at my adult clients who seem 'fine' but are clearly struggling under the surface.

Finally, a CE that doesn't just read like a textbook. I started using the concepts from the attachment module in my sessions the very next day. It’s rare to find something that is this easy to digest while still being so intellectually satisfying. It actually made me feel more confident in the room.
